My name is Stacy.
信制 (xìn zhì) translates simply to xin makes with 信 (xìn) taken from my Chinese name. The studio name is also a play on the word 兴致 (xìng zhì), which means "interest" or "delight"—a nod to how ceramics began for me: as a simple hobby. It’s my hope that it remains a source of joy, and a medium through which I can explore and express the things that spark curiosity—colour, language, food, and more.
